SAPROF international is copyright owner of the SAPROF and the Risk Screener manuals and training, and is therefore authorized to distribute the manuals and provide training in their use.
Users of these manuals are advised to attend user training, although this is not mandatory.
Manual orders are subject on stock availability. In case manuals are out of stock, reprints will be made and the delivery time for the order may be extended by 4 weeks.
Manual delivery times are subject to international mail service delivery times. No claims can be made regarding late deliveries. Unless 2+ months have passed since order date, in which case a solution will be agreed upon between the customer and SAPROF international, and reimbursement may be in place.
Training is dependent on trainer availability. In case a trainer is unable to present, an experienced substitute trainer may present the training. When substitution is not possible, the training will be cancelled and attendance fees will be reimbursed.
